Two of the top four business schools on US News & World Report’s rankings for 2023 are in Illinois. The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston is third, tied with the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
The median salary for 2021 Kellogg graduates was $145,000, according to the school’s report. What’s more, 85% of graduates who accepted offers said they came with signing bonuses, the report said.
However, the school’s cost of attendance is slightly higher than what some graduates make in their first year: The school estimates the one-year MBA program costs $157,578 and the two-year program costs $117,259 a year.
The top industries for 2021 Kellogg grads were consulting and technology, and they landed at companies from Fortune 500 firms to startups.
