CARBONDALE, Ill. — Southern Illinois had a successful first day in action inside Shea Natatorium with the women currently leading in the south site of the MVC Invite with a team score of 479.5. Missouri State sits in second place with 442 points, Little Rock is in third with 344 points, and Evansville is in fourth place with 249.5 points.

On the men’s side, the Salukis currently lead over Evansville and Missouri State, in a tri-meet format. They lead Evansville 125-53 and lead Missouri State 116-68.
