First, coat chicken in cornflour, salt and five-spice powder. Brush off excess. Stir-fry the chicken until lightly coloured. Remove from pan. Then in the same pan, add chillies, garlic and ginger. Cook till slightly brown. Next, add onions, capsicum and carrots and all the sauce ingredients. Bring to a boil, then throw in chicken pieces. Cover all the chicken with sauce and then garnish with spring onions. Once done, serve with a side and enjoy!
